Second part of: The magic pond.

Do you remember the magic pond from the other day? Well, I dreamed about it again. This time, I crossed the jungle and forests faster; it felt like that effect you get when someone is in a funfair wheelbarrow, where you can see a few things along the way but suddenly everything passes by too quickly. That’s how I was crossing the jungle.

Once I got out, I just wanted to walk to the shelf where I quenched my thirst last time, but this time to observe it, as I wasn’t thirsty but wanted to be near it. As I walked toward it, I could distinguish the beautiful colorful pebbles in the distance, and when I arrived, I bent down to look at them, but to my surprise, a gigantic frog was swimming up from the bottom. I can’t stand that type of animal; they simply scare me, make me nervous, I repulse them, but for the first time in my life, I wasn’t scared and didn’t back away from one. As I admired its strange appearance, I realized that its behavior was different, and while it was also looking at me, it smiled and asked, “Have you never seen a magic Toad Tania?” That really scared me, and I said, “Nooo, never.” Deep down, I thought that I had never even seen such a big Toad, nor one that smiled, behaved like it did, much less one that talked or granted wishes, but I was so impressed and amazed to be there with him so I sat. 

From there, the dream became blurry or incomprehensible to me, but I had the feeling as if I had spent a long time sharing with Mr. Toad, eating some desserts I asked him for, and taking home gifts with me, because remember that he is a magic Toad so they gave me a lot of things.

Then I woke up, and I was back in my real life, without my gifts, hungry, confused but happy from such delightful company that I would have never imagine to enjoy.
